This course is taught by Matthew Dorich, who has many years experience working with fresh pasta dough. We will learn which shaped pastas work best with different types of sauces, as well as getting hands on making dough, rolling it out and creating fabulous little ravioli, tortellini and simple linguine. Students will also be taught the fillings and sauces that work best with these classic Italian dishes.
